Service Delivery Timeline

At UNFXCO, the delivery of our digital financial platforms and tools is solely to certified corporate clients.

The delivery timeline for each service varies depending on the complexity and specific requirements of the service, and generally ranges between 3 (three) to 7 (seven) business days after payment, contract validation, and compliance approval.

For detailed activation timelines for each product or tool, clients are informed via official business correspondence prior to setup.

Non-Refundable Setup Fees & Contractual Payments

– Setup Fees: All one-time setup fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of contract cancellation or termination by the client after the initiation of the setup process.
– Recurring Payments: Ongoing subscription or rental fees are payable strictly in accordance with the terms agreed in the service contract. Any request for early termination, cancellation, or refund after the service period has begun will be subject to and governed by the respective contract clauses and will not be considered unless explicitly agreed by both parties in writing.
– Service Activation: Full service activation and access are granted only after all contractual and compliance obligations are met by the client.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and enterprise nature of our services:
-No refunds are possible post service activation, API credential delivery, or tool provisioning under any circumstances except for a justified technical failure on the part of UNFXCO and only prior to full delivery, at the sole discretion of management.
– All other payment obligations, including but not limited to setup and monthly fees, remain in force per the service agreement.

Communication & Support

All communication regarding the delivery process, support, and contract details must be conducted through official company email or the client portal.
