Use of our services implies full and unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy and all terms set by the Company.

– Copying, reverse engineering, editing, reselling, republishing, derivative work, unauthorized sublicensing, license key bypass, or any attempt to reproduce/clone code, modules, or platforms—wholly or in part—is strictly prohibited and subject to serious legal action.
– No transfer of intellectual property rights or source code is provided. Clients receive only the right to use in strict accordance with the relevant service contract.
– Any unauthorized activity will result in immediate suspension or termination of service and potential civil/criminal liability.
- Data Storage, Transfer, and Retention
– All client and transaction data is handled and stored per international best practices and information security standards.
– Cross-border data transfers, where necessary, will only occur under strict compliance with applicable laws and upon client notification/consent.
– Retention of data follows regulatory and contractual requirements, and data will be securely deleted or archived as mandated.
